Burnout : the wake-up call that changes everything
EIt's not your fault: discover how burnout reveals the flaws in our society and pushes us to act together

You are here in a space for reflection. Not a course, not a toolbox, not a ready-made method. Rather, it's a place nourished by what I experience every day in my job as a caregiver. The themes I propose are inspired by what my clients and the people I meet share with me the most, they are trends that I observe in my work.
I share what I observe: sometimes delicate situations, tensions that say a lot about our society in motion... And then also impulses, desires for change. In short, life as it stands.
Each article is an attempt to highlight what is at stake. Exploring what goes on behind the scenes: behaviours, dynamics, discomforts... but also individual and collective awareness.
My ambition? To offer you a step aside. Just enough to breathe, to take a step back. No miracle recipe. But an invitation to look differently, to open up perspectives, to feel what can change for you, for your teams, for your professional and private contexts.
The common thread is experience. My intention: to observe, question, feel, share, open up perspectives. Here and now.
The confidentiality of individuals and organizations remains intact. The first names of individuals and the names of organizations in the case studies have been changed. What I'm sharing here isn't telling their specific stories, but what I observe when I take a step aside myself. I see general trends, recurring problems, as well as currents that run through our society. My mission is to spot these movements and help everyone find their adjustments.
I deeply believe that the living adjusts. That it evolves, transforms... and that we do the same.
So, through these texts, I hope to contribute — modestly, but with "heart, guts and head" — to this collective adjustment that is already underway.
Burnout is my starting point for the first case study. Because it has been at the heart of concerns for years. And because it remains, despite everything, a vague subject, with contours never really shared.
